We use 3-axis milling and 5-axis indexed milling processes to manufacture complex 3D structures with high precision. We have cooperated with Medico to manufacture the mechanical part with a complex structure. Due to the material property, we have to separate the machining steps between several heat treatments. We are capable of keeping hundreds of dimensions free from thermal distortion.
